Waitlist privacy notice
This notice covers the waitlist only. It's short on purpose, and written in plain English.
Who we are
CleaAI School is the organisation collecting your details. You can reach us any time at Privacy@CleaAI.School.
What we collect
- Your first name and email address.
- The answer you pick to "which sounds most like you?".
- The date and time you ticked the consent box.
- Campaign tracking tags (UTM tags) if you arrived from a link that included them, so we know which post or page you came from.
We don't ask for anything else, and please don't send us more.
Why we use it
To send you waitlist updates and to tell you when CleaAI School opens. That's all.
Our legal basis
Your consent. You gave it when you ticked the box, and you can take it back at any time by using the unsubscribe link in any email we send, or by emailing us.
Who processes it for us
Our hosting provider and our email sending provider handle the data on our behalf, so that we can run the waitlist and send the emails.
How long we keep it
Until you unsubscribe, or for 12 months after the last email we send you. Whichever comes first.
Your rights
You can ask to see the details we hold about you, ask us to correct them, or ask us to delete them. Email Privacy@CleaAI.School and we'll help. If you're unhappy with how we've handled your data, you can complain to the Information Commissioner's Office (ICO).
We never sell your details
We don't sell your details, and we don't share them for advertising.
Children
Children under 13 shouldn't sign up themselves. A parent or guardian should join on their behalf.
